SICPA consolidates its North American position
One year after its acquisition of Kromacorp International, manufacturer of specialty inks for gravure and flexo package printing applications, the SICPA Group announced today that, effective immediately, Kromacorp will be operating as SICPA North America. Headquarters is in Brooklyn Park, MN.
“We waited until now to consolidate Kromacorp’s activities under the SICPA umbrella in order to ensure a smooth integration of our technologies while maintaining the same level of product quality and service that Kromacorp customers have come to expect over the years,” says Peter Mulheran, president of SICPA North America. “Now, all customers will benefit from the wealth of expertise residing under one organization,” adds Mulheran.
SICPA Group, this year celebrating its 75th anniversary, is a privately owned company specialized in security and commercial inks, employing 3,800 people, operating in 39 countries.
